Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with MetaZoo!

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be new, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it in. Once the condition of your return is verified, we will issue you a full refund for your initial order. Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Also, at this time, buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for the return of apparel or home good related products. Our return policy only covers damaged or malfunctioning products within these categories.

Preorder Cancellation Policy

Preorders can only be cancelled within 30 days of placing the order. For cancellation requests of particularly large orders, further consideration may be required.
